We're the connection, not the courier. We do not verify identities, inspect documents, take custody, insure, or guarantee delivery.

For Senders

Independently verify the Helper, confirm their route and date, and proceed only if comfortable.

We strongly recommend taking a clear photograph of your documents with your own phone and keeping it privately for your records. Do not upload it to the platform.

For Helpers

Know what you are carrying, refuse suspicious or unknown items, and comply with laws, customs, and airline requirements.

High-risk documents

These documents may be difficult to replace. Consider using a licensed, insured courier.
